Before After

Week 2 down!

So I just finished my Week 2, Workout 3 from the couch to 5K training and I'm feeling really good about that!!!  I can't believe I can do any of it at all so to be done with some of it a good feeling, lol!

I think my weight is S L O W L Y starting to move down off of 188 so I'm very happy about that.  I'll just keep chugging along, making the right choices and hopefully it will show on the scale very soon.

I was just telling my hubby yesterday that I think whenever I feel badly about myself I'm just going to go and hang out with my 5 year old's preschool teacher, haha!  Every single time I see her - no exaggeration - she gushes about how wonderful I look - how skinny I am now - how great my clothes look on me, etc, etc... it is SO sweet and one of my biggest motivators, lol!!!  She usually even has a compliment for my shoes!  I love her!!!! :)

Anyhow - I hoep you guys are all doing good!!  I haven't heard from any of you in a little bit - drop me a line and let me know you're still in the land of the living! ;)

Hi

Well done on the CoolRunnings programme - I think that's the one I started with too.  I absolutely love running now, and it's definitely the best way for me to keep the weight going down, knowing that I'm toning up at the same time.

It took me ages to be able to run for 20 mins because I was sooooo unfit, but it seems that having got there a few years ago, my muscles remember - it's taken only since the beginning of Jan to get back up to running for an hour!

You've done so, so well too - keep on going!

Way to go: D

Good job on the running.

Wish I could run, but have a bum knee! I've been reading your past blogs and let me tell you that you are an "inspiration to me" I love to read your blog and it helps me to push myself to the best that I can be.

Keep up the good work and I'll be cheering you on at the side lines of your 5K run( well in cyberspace that is lol! )
