Keeping on...
I took yesterday off cause my legs have been so sore from either running or doing the hills on the elliptical. I was switching off but I think I just needed a day of rest :) So - I took that yesterday and I'll be doing Week 1, Workout 3 today. Very exciting to be getting done with week 1!!
My weight seems to go up a bit when I'm sore... anyone know if that's normal?
The weather's been so blah here lately - no good for motivation!
Dinner last night was not good. I was feeling so ick yesterday (I think it's almost my TOM) and I had no motivation (thus the 'day of rest') and I ended up ordering dinner from a deli for my and my boys. Not good. I had a Turkey Reuben... oy. The scale didn't break this morning when I stepped on it, though, so I suppose it's OK ;)
Off I go.... how's everyone else doing???
