New plan
So I started with the ketosis based plan (with the help of my hubby) this past Saturday and I think it's really working out! I was 198.5 on Saturday and I'm 196.5 today (Wednesday) and I've only worked out once in that time (bad me!). I do plan on going down and doing some cardio today too, though - just wanted to make a post then lay my youngest down for a nap first. It's been a crazy couple of days health-wise but I don't feel like going into it, lol. Regardless though - I'm here, I'm doing it and I'm good :)
