Back around
Hey ladies...
I'm officially back around and re-motivated. In a large part due to reading blogs on here - you guys rock!!! Thanks for the sweet comments you've left - they're all read and VERY appreciated!!!! 


My hubby went on a business trip last week and that is a HUGE downer for me. I'm a stay at home mom of 2 small boys - a 5 year old in preschool and an 18 month old. Both hilarious, wonderful kids - but when my hubby's gone that leaves just me and children for about 95% of the time. Imagine days with NO other adult contact. It can certainly get trying.
SO... the first 2 days he was gone were no fun for me and I made awful eating choices and no exercise to boot. I felt extremely guilty about it all so I started making better choices after that but still wasn't up to my usual.
He's back now, thank God, and so is my motivation!! I've been back to working out daily in my normal routine for the past 2 days and eating all the right things, as well. I've just gotten back to my pre-funk weight though with all the crap choices I made so a lot of time wasted but it's water under the bridge, I suppose.
I REALLY want to try to hit my goal of 160 by June but I feel like that might be setting the expectation too high as time goes by. That would mean that I would need to lose roughly 7 pounds a month starting now through June. It may be do-able, though, and I'll cerrtainly keep trying!!
