Feeling good :)
So I got on the scale and it was at 195 this morning! I'm feeling great about that!!!! I did manage the 30 minutes on the elliptical yesterday before my arm weight routine and then did 150 crunches on my fitness ball.
I'm just about to go and do my hour of cardio for the day - I plan on doing the 30 minutes of the hill workout on the elliptical again then 30 minutes of hills on the treadmill if I can push through :)
I think I may have finally pushed through the plateau that I'd hit so it's very motivating!!!!!
OK, I'm off... I need to put my little 18 month old down for a nap and I can smell that he needs a clean diaper... so pleasant....
