Little by little
So I *finally* lost another half pound, lol! Not much, but it's something since I was just hovering for so long. Plus it makes it a flat 68 pounds lost now, so that's exciting - 2 more pounds to 70!! Pretty great :)
I'm going to go down to our basement to work out in about 20 minutes and I plan on trying to last for 30 minutes on the elliptical before doing a weight routine. Normally I stick to the treadmill because it's easier for me - but as my hubby says, No pain, No gain, lol!!! The elliptical is WAY more challenging for me so hopefully I can stick it out for the 30 minutes today. I managed 20 on it yesterday before switching to the treadmill for the last 40 minutes of my workout. Wish me luck! haha :)
