Just hovering...
I feel like even though I'm doing all the right things ... eating the right foods and staying in my Diet to Go plan of 1200 calories/day and I'm exercising daily, I'm still just hovering weight-wise. It's starting to be very annoying, haha!
Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled with how far I've come and that I'm FINALLY under 200 pounds, but COME ON ALREADY, lol!!!!! I want to be under 195 so that I NEVER see 200 on the scale again. Not at night before bed when I'm my heaviest, not after eating a huge meal on the rare occasion that I let myself splurge... N E V E R.
I didn't eat my Diet to Go dinner tonight cause I just wasn't in the mood for it. Each meal is roughly 400 calories (for 3/day @ 1200 total/day). So instead I had a Lean Pocket, Chicken enchilada thingy for about 280 calories and I plan on having a 100 calorie fat free pudding cup in a sec., mixed with a banana and some Redi-whip, lol! Yummo! You've got to add in some dessert every once in a while, right?!?!?
