Ate crap...
So yesterday I was feeling stressed for a friend of mine and since I'm an emotional eater I ended up having Taco Bell for lunch and an egg salad bagel w/ fries for dinner. Ugh! I was so stuffed last night I felt sick! And of course I didn't work out... had to continue my bad choices throughout the day ;)
BUT... I got on the scale and I hadn't gained anything so that was motivating this morning. I didn't lose either, but what did I expect, lol?!
I'm back on track now though and have only eaten my Diet to Go meals so far for both breakfast and lunch and I plan to do the same for dinner. Plus this morning I did the treadmill for an hour. Yay. :)
