So last night I stayed up late making a few scrapbook pages for a friend whose getting married in 2 weeks.  Her sister's putting together a 'wedding newspaper' for them (they live in Germany and it's apparently a tradition).  So I didn't do any exercise AND while I was sitting here scanning pictures and doing the pages I ate 2 Chex 100 cal. snacks and a load of diet soda, lol :)

I thought for sure it would all show on the scale this morning but I was another pound down!  Perhaps that means I should cut exercise out completely.....

 Snacks kill me too - I love those portion ones because they make me feel bad when I eat more than 2. Otherwise I would just sit there and eat a whole bag of whatever and call it 'one' portion. ;) 

Thanks for the comment on my blog. Did your husbands diabetes go away after losing all that weight? Or is it kind of like cancer and they just think of it as kind of in remision? Or did his levels just stay high? I'm really curious as to what you can do about it AFTER the fact, just in case!
