I am major stressing because of work. I dont sleep and I cant concentrate.
I so need a new job or a very long vacation

Well, this morning getting dressed for work I tried on a smaller pair of work pants - about 2 sizes smaller then what I had worn yesterday. They fit!!!!
Yesterday for lunch I had one of the Healthy choice asian steamers. I did not like it at all. It only had a couple of pieces of chicken and more rice then anything, but the sauce was horrible. I could not eat the entire thing. Just my opinion but I dont plan on buying it again. Soooo...back to the tuna and crackers for today. Dinner last night was yummy. I had a chef salad with lettuce tomato and 1 cup (2 servings) of diced ham. I had extra points so I added more ham. I also had some shredded cheese and had a glass of tea. I ate 1/2 serving of baked cheetos and couldnt finish that because I was feeling full.
Today for breakfast I had 2 waffles and a glass of unsweat tea. Snack - 100 cal bar. LUnch - tuna and crackers. Dinner baked chicken and corn.
I also walked for 25 minutes this morning and hope to get in another 25 minutes this afternoon. UPdated: Got in an additional 25 minutes this afternoon. YAY!!!
I am thrilled. I got on the scale this morning for my WW weigh in and have lost 20 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woohooo. 22 more pounds to my first major goal.
I ate really good this weekend. No junk. Cooked out Friday night - grilled chicken and salad for dinner Friday. Saturday I had watermelon for breakfast and a roast beef sandwhich - with mustand and tomato on whole wheat bread for lunch and same for dinner. I also had 1/2 serving of baked cheetos (about 15 chips) with my lunch and some watermelon with my dinner. For Sunday I had some rotisserie chicken on a bed of lettuce with tomato and cheese and ff dressing for lunch and a turkey sandwhich with 1/2 serving of baked cheetos for dinner.
This morning I am having a ww breakfast and a glass of unsweet tea. Snack - neutragrain bar - lunch one of the new healthy choice Asian steamers. Dinner tonight will be a chef salad - lettuce tomato, cheese and ham and ff dressing.
Got out and walked for 30 minutes this afternoon. I did get in a short walk this morning but not 20 minutes.
Feel great. The weather is humid and warm but not too hot.
Ok, I am proud of myself for yesterday couple of reasons -
1. I walked 45 minutes 
2. I cooked FRIED food last night and was a good girl.
My family decided they wanted to have fried cubed steak. I come from the deep south and in the south frying isnt frying unless the food you are cooking is covered with the oil or deep fat fried. So, hubby helped me cook. He battered the steak with skim milk mixed with 2 egg and then dipped in peppered flour. For my 1 piece I measured 2 oz of the steak and used 1 tsp of oil in a seperate pan from the one using for the family. I fried the rest of the steak and prepared mashed potatoes without butter - boy that was hard to do. I then prepared 'packaged' gravey - uses dehydrated milk and you boil water to pour the mix in the water etc...anyway - pretty good gravey and low fat and cals. I ate my one 2 oz steak 1/2 cup mashed potatos and 1/4 gravey and 1 glass of tea. I still had 5 points left over. I was not full, but satisfied when I left the table. The steak was sitting there looking at me saying EAT ME EAT ME and I ignored it. 
Going to get in 20 minutes of walking this morning and 20 minutes this afternoon - at least. I didnt do my crunches last night so will have to do an extra set today.

Ok, I was a bad girl last night. Hubby and I worked all night to repair the A/C in our house that went out. Instead of paying 800 dollars to pay someone to do it, we paid 100 dollars for the part and did it ourselves. It wasnt hard, just not what we were used to doing so it took some extra work. By the time we got hungry it was 10:00 pm and the dinner plans we had quickly went out the door. I ordered pizza - meat lovers and bread sticks. I was good that I only ate 1 big slice of pizza and 1 bread stick = that was about 24 points and I only had 16 points left. I used part of my 35 any time points so it wasnt so bad. But it tasted soooooooo gooooood! LOL
I am hydrating with lots of water today though to flush out the salt. I had 2 scrambled eggs and 1 slice of toast for breakfast - 7 points. I will have a ww meal for lunch - 4 points. Dinner will be what I was supposed to have yesterday. I have used 14 points and have 17 left. I should be ok.
Have not weighed today, but have gotten in my 20 minutes walking - at a fast speed today because I was in a hurry. I did sweat with this walk.
I have been under a lot of stress with work and home etc... and I noticed this for the first time - when I am stressed I snack on anything. Then once I have eaten whatever it was I had eaten I feel even worse because now I have eaten something I should not have eaten and my new eating habit is ruined. I thought that yesterday after I had eaten dinner and then went to the kitchen to eat again later. I stopped myself before going to far and said ' WHAT ARE YOU DOING????" I wasnt hungry, I was just eating to be doing something. It was raining outside so I couldnt get out to go for a walk. I did my crunches and went to read my book. The desire to eat passed and I didnt think about it again. I was proud of myself for beginning to break that cycle of eating just because I was stressed.
I did good with point yesterday - I had 2 left.
Today I had 1/2 a ww breakfast. I just wasnt real hungry and I was soooo busy. I had a glass of sweet tea - 3 points. So that was 4 points for the breakfast and 3 points for the tea - 7 points. I am having a 100 cal snack - 2 points. Lunch will be tuna and crackers - 4 points. Afternoon snack - granola bar - 2 points. Dinner is going to be tough because hubby is frying my favorite food - cubed steak, mashed potatos and gravy. I am going to prepare my own food and be happy with it. I will take 2 oz of the cubed steak, dip it in skim milk, then flour and use 1 tsp oil in the skillet. I will only have 1/2 cup of mashed potatos without butter - made with skim milk. And 1/4 cup gravey. I will have 3 points left...
It is a BEAUTIFUL Day today. I got out and walked for 25 minutes at a moderate/quick pace. Will try to get hubby to go with me walking this evening.
Will also do cruches this evening 2x.
I am up to 28 crunches a day now - ok I know that's not a lot, but I havent done crunches in 20 years so I'm working up to it :-)
Had ww bfast - 4 points - 1 banana 1 point, 2 waters, 1 unsweet tea, ww lunch 4 points, 100 cal snack - 2 points. That is 11 points with 20 left for dinner tonight - 3 oz hamburger - lean 1/2 bun, mustard katchup and some fries.
Still have to get out and walk today... - havent had time yet.
