This blog keeps me in check
I never really liked blogging until I started losing weight and this really keeps me in check.
Last night I got in all but 3 points of my 30 points. Today for breakfast I had 5 points - 1 ww yogurt and 1 ww breakfast sandwhich.
Lunch will be a ww meal - 4 points
Dinner will be a very small helping of hamburger helper. I am afraid to see how many calories that will be.
I also need to cut up the watermelon I have at home, just havent found time to do it.

Lost 1 ww flex point
Well, I dropped down from the 260s to the 250s now, so I have to subtract 1 ww flex point. Instead of 31 I get 30 points each day. Woohoo.
I was really not expecting to lose any weight this week but I was really surprised to step on the scale and find I had lost 2 more pounds. I did not even get in my exercise this weekend - other then cleaning out my closet. I got rid of 4 trash bags of clothes that were too big. I took them right to good will. I had to give away 3 of my favorite pairs of pants because they were just falling off and they looked like "MC Hammer pants" LOL
Anyway - not going into the foods I ate this weekend - didnt over do it, just didnt eat the fruits and veggies like normal. No junk food either.
This morning - first day of school so I got up early so I could eat breakfast with the kids before sending them off to school - not kids anymore though - high school.aged. I ate 2 plain waffles - bought some ww yogurt but forgot I had it and didnt eat it with the waffles LOL. LUnch will be lean cuisine and dinner will be baked chicken.

walked 20 minutes after lunch
I got in a 20 minute walk today after lunch.
The weather looks kind of stormy here but I dont think we will get any rain.
Still doing my crunches at night. Have worked up from 8 to 15 each night.

Not weighing today
Not weighing today because its not a good week to weigh. I always have water gain this week and avoid the scale and try to avoid people too, but it doesnt seem to work. I am crabby and just want to go back to bed...
BUT, I am going to make the best of it and still stay within my points and try to get in some walking today too.

Walking, clears the head and cleans the spirit
Well, after having a very stressful morning I decided to make myself get out and walk some more this afternoon. I really is unbelievable how walking just washes away the stress that I had been feeling at that time. I came back feeling so much better and not nearly as stressed.
I got in an additional 25 minutes of fast paced walking. Yay me!

Walked 10 minutes this morning
I just can not get in the mood to walk today. I am having some trouble breathing - stress does that to me from time to time - anxiety.
I did get in a 10 minute slow walk. I will try again later.

Stressed
I am major stressing because of work. I dont sleep and I cant concentrate.
I so need a new job or a very long vacation

Wearing smaller work pants
Well, this morning getting dressed for work I tried on a smaller pair of work pants - about 2 sizes smaller then what I had worn yesterday. They fit!!!!
Yesterday for lunch I had one of the Healthy choice asian steamers. I did not like it at all. It only had a couple of pieces of chicken and more rice then anything, but the sauce was horrible. I could not eat the entire thing. Just my opinion but I dont plan on buying it again. Soooo...back to the tuna and crackers for today. Dinner last night was yummy. I had a chef salad with lettuce tomato and 1 cup (2 servings) of diced ham. I had extra points so I added more ham. I also had some shredded cheese and had a glass of tea. I ate 1/2 serving of baked cheetos and couldnt finish that because I was feeling full.
Today for breakfast I had 2 waffles and a glass of unsweat tea. Snack - 100 cal bar. LUnch - tuna and crackers. Dinner baked chicken and corn.
I also walked for 25 minutes this morning and hope to get in another 25 minutes this afternoon. UPdated: Got in an additional 25 minutes this afternoon. YAY!!!

20 pounds gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Made my 2nd mini goal
I am thrilled. I got on the scale this morning for my WW weigh in and have lost 20 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woohooo. 22 more pounds to my first major goal.
I ate really good this weekend. No junk. Cooked out Friday night - grilled chicken and salad for dinner Friday. Saturday I had watermelon for breakfast and a roast beef sandwhich - with mustand and tomato on whole wheat bread for lunch and same for dinner. I also had 1/2 serving of baked cheetos (about 15 chips) with my lunch and some watermelon with my dinner. For Sunday I had some rotisserie chicken on a bed of lettuce with tomato and cheese and ff dressing for lunch and a turkey sandwhich with 1/2 serving of baked cheetos for dinner.
This morning I am having a ww breakfast and a glass of unsweet tea. Snack - neutragrain bar - lunch one of the new healthy choice Asian steamers. Dinner tonight will be a chef salad - lettuce tomato, cheese and ham and ff dressing.
