Walked 30 minutes
I got in my 30 minutes and 2244 steps 1.69 miles. Yay me!!
My best friend got me a pedometer - tracks your steps, calories, miles and has a radio and a blinking red light on it. How cool is that!!!

Well, the weekend wasnt too bad.
Saturday went to take hubby to get a hair cut and stopped at the coffee shop on the way. I had a 16 oz caramel cooler with whipped cream topping. I could only drink about half of it. I ate a turkey sandwhich for lunch and some watermelon for dinner to make up for the coffee I didnt need but desparately wanted! Sunday was a good day, I had a grilled chicken sandwhich for lunch and nothing for dinner. Monday I had chinese food for lunch - now it wasnt as bad as it seems - I had 1 cup of egg drop soup and about 3 bites of sesame chicken and I was full. I put the rest in a take home box and it sets in my fridge for my kids to eat this afternoon. I had a banana and some water melon for dinner.
Today is a new day!!! I do not feel at all bad for eating the good stuff. I compensated for what I ate and now that I have that all out of my system it's back on track. This morning I had 2 plain waffles and a glass of unsweat tea. Lunch will be 6 point ww meal and a banana for each break. Dinner is supposed to be tacos.
You know how they say that after doing something for 30 days it becomes a habit? Well, I have been walking and exercising for almst 30 days and I have found that it has become second nature. I feel guilty if I dont do it! Wow!! I have never had that feeling before and I really like it because it keeps me focused and going...
Ok, I have been doing so good on the WW points. I have found myself the last few days not writing every point down though and I am afraid I am going to start eating too much again. I have to refocus on the fact that I can not, not write everything down.
Last night for dinner I had 1/4 cup sloppy joes - 97% lean hamburger meat on 1/2 bun with mustard. I also had 5 baked french fries. I was full after eating that. For breakfast this morning I am having a ww breakfast sandwhich and then most likely a salad for lunch. Not too sure about dinner yet. Would like to have baked chicken...
At this point it seems like forever and a day and a bajillion pounds to go.
I got out and walked for 20 minutes. I feel better after walking. No rain today, but the sun still isnt shining and the humidity is really high.
Going to have lunch. I have to find more protein to put in my diet. My finger nails have started peeling in layers and that is a sign of not getting enough protein.
I woke up in a cranky mood and cant seem to shake it.
I dont feel good, my entire body aches. I dont think Im getting enough sleep and not good sleep. I NEED A VACATION ugggggggggg
I weighed today and have gained 3 pounds - it has to be fluid cause I have followed the points to the "T".
Going to down some water.
The rain has stopped and the sun is trying to peek through the clouds 
I got out and walked for 30 minutes this morning. I was sweating by the time I was done, but not sure if that was from the exercise or the humidity. Anyways....
I have set a new goal for myself. I have 333 days to lose 88 more pounds. Once I have lost 88 pounds I will be at my goal weight of 170. That shouldnt be too hard to do...
I want to see some sun shine now!!!
This rain makes me depressed and sleepy.
Did good for dinner last night - chef salad ff dressing:
lettuce, home grown tomato, 1/2 cup LF ham, 1tbsp cheese and ff dressing.
Breakfast this morning: 1 cup watermelon and ww breakfast sand.
Snack, 1 banana and 100 cal snack
Lunch ww 7 point meal
dinner - supposed to be hamburger helper but we'll see...
and I climbed 4 flights of stairs instead of taking the elevator!!!!!!!!!!! I wasnt out of breath like before either after climbing those stairs. That makes me feel good.
