Walked 30 minutes

Got out and walked 30 minutes this morning.  Looks like it's going to rain.

Keeping to my personal challenge - riding the exercise bike during commercials tonight.

Rode my bike last night..........

For 3 minutes   Ok, so there I was clearing the stuffed animals off the bike (I havent used it in several years) and promptly sat my behind down on the seat, adjusted the wheel tightness and proceeded to pedel.  I had no drag on the wheel to start with but decided it was too loose so I tightened it a little.  I rode for 3 minutes and I thought my legs were going to die and I was out of breath.  It is a recumbent stationary bike so it's not hard to ride and it's not too bad on my back but goodness!!!!

Well, it's a start and tonight I will have to go for 5 minutes or maybe ride during commercials while Im watching reruns of NCIS...

WW weight in today

I was really surprised with my weigh in this morning.  I had lost 2 pounds.  I plan on losing more then that next week though because of the new exercise program I am GOING to start TODAY

walked 25 minutes

I got in a 25 minute walk this morning.

My goal today is 25 more minutes this afternoon.  Ride 2 miles on my exercise bike and work on lower abs and do crunches.

At a plateau

Im stuck and havent lost anything in 2 weeks :-()

I am only eating the 30 points for WW and walking 5 days a week.

I think I need to start working more on toning the legs - that's my heaviest part.  My behind is getting smaller from walking, but the legs havent started shaping up yet.  I need to start working harder on the abs too.  Maybe I will drag out my exercise bike in the evenings and climb on that while watching tv add that along with walking 5 days a week and working the abs, maybe that will help a little.

Couldnt sit still any longer

Got out and walked 30 minutes.  My pedometer says I have done 2.2 miles today so that isnt too bad.

Walking makes me feel so much better and gets the blood flowing.  Wipes away the cobwebs...

Feeling a little better

I am feeling a little better this morning, shoulder still hurts but Im not as 'blue'.

I ate good last night.  I hate 1 4 oz port chop, no bone 1/4 cup green peas and 1/4 mac and cheese.  Yesterday for lunch I had a garden salad.

Today for breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs and 1/2 slice toast and unsweet tea.  I also had a glass of water.  Lunch was veggies - green beans 1 cup and 1 cup baked beans no pork and 1/2 cup fruit.  Oh, and a glass of water.  I am full just from that. 

I have not gotten out an walked today, though I have done a lot of walking in the office.  I will get out about 1:00 pm and walk.

Very discouraged

I am so stressed these last few days.  I sleep ok, but not great.  I am in constant pain in my neck and shoulders.  All my appliances and my cars seem to want to quit working all at once.  UGUUGUGUGUGUGUGUGUGGGG

I have gained a pound and I feel so bloated.

30 minute walk

Got in a 30 minute walk this afternoon.

Feeling really bloated and breathless today. 

 

Revamping my goals

Ok,

I have gotten side tracked and complacent with eating again.  I can not allow myself to do that because:

1.  It causes weight GAIN

2.  I wont LOSE weight

3.  I get DEPRESSED

4.  I feel GUILTY

5.  I feel BLOATED

6.  The scale moves IN THE WRONG DIRECTION

I am revamping my goals to 5 pounds and not looking at the long range picture anymore...
