Got my bike ride in last night

I got 10 minutes of moderate to vigerous bike riding last night.  According to the calorie counter I burned 120 cals rode 2.6 miles and went for 10 minutes.

Will do it again tonight.

Breakfast this morning was 1 slice of bacon and 2 scrambled eggs and unsweet tea and 2 waters.

Lunch will probably be either veggies or a salad.

No idea about dinner yet.

45 minutes walked today!

I walked 25 minutes this morning and then this afternoon

I found time to get in an extra 20 minute walk today!  Yay me!

I will also ride my bike tonight - going to try for 15 minutes.

rode 2.6 miles - 10 minutes on my bike

Rode my bike last night too besides the 25 minute walk.  Then I made dinner. 

Today - yogurt 1 point and a lean cusine meal 6 points

Not so sure about dinner yet.

30 minute walk today

Did good last night for dinner - had about 1.5 cups of chicken and dumplings - made with ff noodles and skinless boneless chicken breast.  It was soo good.  It was cold outside so it was perfect.  I also had 6 ozs of a caramel chocolate latte - it was ok but couldnt drink all of it.  It did not have whipped topping on it.

I walked 30 minutes today.  For breakfast had 1 banana and a yogurt 3 points.  For snack - ww muffin - 3 points and 2 unsweet teas and 2 waters.  Lunch was 1/4 of a Gyro  - I scrapped off all the dressing and lettuce and tomato - it was covered in dressing.  I took out most of the meat and cut off half of the bread and ate what was left.  I was satisfied.  Before WW I would have eaten the entire thing plus a plateful of french fries and ranch dressing.

Dinner tonight will probably be hamburgers - 97% lean meat and baked tator tots.

I will try and get in 15 minutes on the bike tonight - depends on how much homework my son has.....

Walked 25 minutes and rode my bike 10 minutes yesterday

Yay!  I was finally able to get in more then walking in 1 day.  I either do walking or riding my bike but not generally both in 1 day.  I felt better after doing both. 

Today it is raining and nasty outside but I will try to get in a walk later.

Dinner last night was corn flake chicken 2 thighs (small) and 1 helping of peas and ww ice cream.  I had about 5 points left over.

Today I had a ww yogurt for breakfast-1 point and a banana - 1 point.  1 glass of sweet tea - 3 points.  For lunch will be ww meal - 6 points and dinner will be chicken and dumplings with fat free dumplings!  Made with skinless boneless chicken breast.  Perfect weather for it too.

Will also ride the bike more this evening

Down another two pounds

I had a great weekend.  I did pretty good with the eating.

Friday night we had pizza - I had about 1/2 slice and some water melon.  Saturday I had a chicken sandwhich - 1/2 bun with lettuce and tomato - no mayo for lunch.  For dinner hubby and I went out  - I had about 9 oz of a new york strip and chedder mashed potatos and a coke and 2 glasses of tea.  I was hating myself after I ate all that, but then I thought, that was about all I had eaten that day.  I didnt over due - probably should have only had 6 oz of steak, but oh well, it was pretty good.  Sunday had 1.5 plain waffles for breakfast, lunch was 1/2 chicken breast and a ww desert.  Dinner was 2 low fat tacos - 97% ff hamburger, low carb/low fat shells, lettuce, tomato, cheese and picante sauce.  I also rode 10 minutes on my exercise bike!!  Tonight will try to fit in 10 more minutes.

Weighed first thing this morning - down to 256.  YAY!!

Walked every day for 5 days

 

 

I was able to walk every day this week - M-F.  Total about 2.5 hours of walked.

Will try to start doubling that next week  2 or 3 times a day instead of 1 or 2.

Got out and walked 25 minutes.  Nice and cool out but kind of humid.

back feeling much better!

Now I have no excuse for not riding my bike tonight. 

I have done a lot of walking today - not my normal routine, but a lot of walking anyway.  I noticed this morning as I was running to an emergency repsonse I WASNT OUT OF BREATH when I got to the scene!!!!!!!!!!!  Woohooooo.

 

Hurt my back

I moved wrong last night and twisted my back..UGG always something trying to keep me from exercising.  I will stick to walking today.  I didnt get to ride my bike because I hurt my back so I sat on the sofa eating ibuprofen and applying bio freeze

I did good for dinner last night.  Low fat burretos - home made and a WW ice cream bar. about 15 points - which I had 19 to use last night so I had 4 left over.

Today - yogurt for breakfast - 1 point and garden salad for lunch.  Not sure about dinner yet.
