WOW!! I was really surprised I have lost 2 pounds since Monday. I have been so not good with my eating and working out since I have been sick.
I am down 28 pounds now. Almost to my 2nd major goal!!!
I had to sit for an 45 minutes this morning to get gas. There is no gas in our area. I am feeling a little better. Did not exercise yesterday, I just wanted to sleep.
I will get back out and walk a little bit today - inside where its dry.
Had 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast, a diet coke and 2 waters. Not sure about lunch or dinner.
Afraid to weigh this next week but I will get in some workout time Sat and Sun.
I feel like I have been ran over by a truck...blah
I ate part of a baked potato and some green beans for lunch. Didnt feel like eating much of anything really. Then I went for a slow walk for about 25 minutes.
My allergies are killing me 
I need some chicken soup LOL
I did walk 30 minutes yesterday afternoon. For dinner I had 1 ff hot dog with mustard onion and 1tsp cheese. I also had a ww desert. So I ended up with only 22 points of 30 eaten yesterday.
Today I had some yogurt for breakfast - 2 points and a banana for snack 2 points. 1/2 bag baked cheetos (single serving bag) 2points. WW dinner - 6 points. Not sure about dinner yet - chef salad maybe.
I ate two huge pieces of pizza and 2 breadsticks for dinner last night. I felt soooo guilty after wards.
For breakfast yesterday I had fruit. For lunch I only ate about 2 of the 4 points from my ww meal - it wasnt very good so I threw most of it away. So, by the time dinner came around I still had 23 points left.... I ate that, plus about 10 more. Back on track today.
Had cup of fruit for breakfast today and glass of water and unsweat tea. Might have some yogurt later. Lunch will either be veggies or a salad. Dinner - not sure yet.
Got in a brisk 25 minute walk this morning. I can not get over how not out of breath I am after walking quickly. My heart rate was up, but I could still breath!!
I got in some exercise both Saturday and Sunday - that is a new step for me. I dont normally exercise on the weekend.
Today is weigh in - down 1 pound.
The weekend I didnt do too bad with the foods. Saturday I had about 2 cups of boiled shrimp for lunch - about 4 points. For dinner that night I had a fajitta wrap - chicken, onions, peppers and cheese about 10 points.
Yesterday I had a biscuit with gravey about 8 points. I had a ww desert - 3 points and for dinner I had a 4 oz steak - 6 points. Corn on the cob - 2 points, large baked potato - 4 points and some more boiled shrimp - 4 points.
This morning I am having fruit for breakfast - pineapple and grapes. A banana for snack (pineapple - fresh 1 point. Grapes - fresh 1 point).
Walked an additional 35 minutes this afternoon - very rapid pace
Will get in at least 10 minute bike ride tonight.
I ate 1/2 ear corn on the cob, 1/2 peas and about 2 cups of spinach for lunch and a diet coke.
Also walked for 20 minutes this morning
