For breakfast yesterday I had a yogurt - 2 points and a banana, 1 point. Lunch was a lean cuisine 5 point and snack was another banana 2 points.
Dinner was about 6 ozs roast beef with veggies that I had cooked for 14 hour in the crock pot. It was soooo good too. But I ate too much...
Breakfast this morning, yogurt and a banana later. 3 points. Lunch will be campbells reduced sodium chicken and noodle soup 1 point for 1 serving! I will then have another banana this afternoon. for a total of 5 points. Not too sure about dinner tonight.
I am down to 249 now - I am so excited. I am doing this for real!!! I have lost 6 dress sizes and am back to wearing a size 24 instead of a 30. I know, I know, it's not a size 14 yet or a size 12, but Im getting there. I dont care about being a certain size, just so it's a size healthy LOL
Anyway, since I am now under 250 I dropped another ww point - down to 29 points. I started at 31 points.
I havent walked since the mall walk on Saturday. Yesterday was just too busy and I couldnt find the few minutes to get out and walk. I did stay very busy but nothing like walking. I will certainly get out and walk today.
I skipped breakfast (I know - how horrible) but I just wasnt hungry. I ate 1/2 a ww lunch for lunch and 2 glasses of water and 1 sweat tea. Dinner tonight will be home made bbq - beef roast and bbq sauce.
I got to sleep an extra 30 minutes so its a good morning LOL.
I was going to have chicken and dumplings last night but decided on low fat taco salad. Lettuce, tomato, 97% ff hamburger meat, picante sauce, baked dorittos, cheese and ff catilina dressing. Yummy! I also had 1 cup of watermelon and a cup of yogurt.
Breakfast today - 1 ww yogurt 1 point. Break - 1 banana in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Lunch a 6 point ww meal. Dinner will be the chicken and dumplings.
Had a good weekend for the most part. Eating was good - didnt eat anything I shouldnt and didnt over eat. WI is today. Will see if I gained from Friday.
Breakfast was a cup of ww yogurt. Made the family pancakes and they smelled so good, but I didnt eat any.
Lunch will be some campbells chicken and noodles. Dinner will be Chicken and dumplings.
