Not much to say today - it's Friday and Im glad.
Got in a slow 25 minute walk this afternoon
Back pain again blah. Just over all not feeling so hot. Will be glad when today is over.
Walked 25 minutes at a rather slow pace because unlike normal - today it hurt worse when I walked. Normally I can walk the pain to a dull roar but today it's screaming stop stop stop!
I just realized I didnt even post yesterday - so unlike me to miss a week day.
I did good yesterday for eating - I got in about 20 of the 29 points and I walked at a rapid pace for 10 minutes - all I had time for.
Today was yogurt and a ww snack cake. Lunch was a ww meal - and 100 cal baked cheetos - so all totaled about 8 points. I have 21 more saved for dinner tonight - low cal low fat chicken enchaladas home made:
I used chicken breast boiled to almost done mixed with 1 cup picante sauce, 1/2 cup ff sour cream, ff cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, chopped tomato and low fat wraps. Bake in the oven and serve with low fat or ff cheese.
Got in a 25 minute moderate pace walk this morning.
Breakfast this morning - 1point yogurt, 3 point muffin
Lunch - 1 point soup and 3 point chips
Dinner - chicken

I had a great weekend - very busy, but great anyway. Cleaned for almost 8 hours on Saturday. Throwing out stuff I had accumulated over the year and rearranging furniture.
Saturday I ate good - had nothing for breakfast, had a yogurt and a roast beef sandwich for lunch and for dinner had a chicken breast sandwich.
Sunday was ok - had a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch - no breakfast and a 8 ounce new york strip and tator for dinner. It was sooooo goooood. I used all my points for that day and Im sure some of my 35 extra points too....
Today will be yogurt for breakfast 1 point, 3 point ww muffin, 2 point 100 cal snack and 1 point chicken and noodle soup for lunch. Dinner - not sure about yet.
Will get in my walk later. Oh and I have to wi today too.
I got in a good walk this morning - rapid pace for 25 minutes.
That will make me feel better. Walking seems to clear and head calm the mind.
To start off I didnt want to get out of bed this morning. Then I found one of my work shirts had ink all over it when I pulled it out of the dryer - so it's ruined. Then I couldnt find another clean one so I had to improvise this morning and borrowed a co-workers shirt from her locker when I got to work... My car is acting up again - burning gas and blowing out white smoke...blah - if it's not one thing it's another.
Dinner last night was 1.5 cups of home made low fat low calorie chili without beans. 93% lean hamburger meat fried and drained and washed, chili powder, tomato sauce and katchup. I used ff saltines and 1 tbsp cheese. It was so goooood.
Breakfast this morning was 2 scrambled eggs and 1 slice of bacon -about 8 points. Lunch will be 1 serving of progresso (1 point) chicken and noodle soup. Not sure about dinner tonight.
I am feeling fat today, bloated like I ate too much salt or something. Drinking extra water to get rid of that feeling (I hope it works).
I got in my 30 minute walk at a moderate pace. Felt good to get out and walk. I have a spring in my step - at least that's what a co-worker said LOL
Last night for dinner - 1/2 hamburger about 8 oz - 9 points, 1/2 bun 3 points, tomato 0 points mustard 0 points, 1/2 tea 2 points 6 tator tots 5 points. Ended with 25 of 29 points. Still have not used my 35 extra points per week for this week...
Breakfast this morning - 1 ww yogurt 1 point 2 scrambled eggs 6 point = 7 points. Lunch will be 1/2 serving of chicken and dumplings or veggies. Dinner will be baked chicken breast 1/2. I should end up with about 25 points again today.
I started out doing good. Quick pace and then people started stopping me and wanting to talk and of course they were walking slower then me..but that's ok. I will try again later.
It's cold here today so the chicken soup was yummy, warm and full filling!
