walked for 30 minutes

Went out and walked for 30 minutes at a moderate pace

Back down 2 pounds

I weighed this morning and I know that the weight I had gained is water weight or fluid gain.  I am back down 2 pounds.  Still not back to where I was last Friday but at least the scale is going in the right direction again.

Last night we had baked chicken and I had about 6 ounces of chicken 1/4 mac and cheese and 1/4 peas.  I was stuffed after that. 

This morning I had 2 scrambled eggs and 1 slice of toast and glass of unsweet tea.  I am trying to eat more for breakfast to see if it gives me more energy during the day.  For lunch will be a small salad and chicken for dinner.

Walked 1/2 mile

2nd time this week!!  I feel so much better after walking, its just working up the energy to start that is the hardest.

Not giving up

Ok, well the scales say I have gained 2 pounds.  My wedding ring is a little tight but my clothes are even bigger then they were before so something is weird.  I am thinking water gain from too much salt.  I dont use salt so it's got to be the already prepared meals and salt in meat and bread etc...

I dont eat a lot of white wheat stuff, all wheat bread.  This morning I had 2 scrambled eggs - without butter or oil and 1 slice of whole wheat toast and a glass of unsweat tea.  For lunch will be a 6 point ww lunch and for dinner will be corn flake chicken and peas or corn.

Yay!  I feel so much better.  I got out and walked about a mile today including the 1/2 mile from before.  I didnt stop and talk to anyone I just walked to be exercising - a brisk walk.  I was sweating when I got done because it is warm outside.

That is going to be a new plan - walking at least 1 mile each day.

Ok,  I went out and walked 1/2 mile real quick.  I will force myself to do it again this afternoon.

What's going on?????

I am so confused.  I am following my WW plan to the "T" and I am gaining weight!  I think it is a lot of water gain personally because my clothes are still very loose but my wedding ring is tight. 

Not to go into TMI, my 'usual water gain' should have been last week, but I am feeling like it's "that time of the month again'  Bloating, very irritable etc...  Ok TMI.  Ugg, Im just not happy.

Ok, well, it's another day and I must must must get back on track.  I am getting that old feeling that none of this weight loss is worth while, but I know that it is.  I feel bloated today - I thought I had lost all that water weight from last week.  I feel moody and cranky and just not into this at all.  I'm going to stick to it though.  I have a picture of me when I was 19 and weighed 130 pounds on my computer at home and at work.  I see how I looked then - even though that was 20 years ago.  I will never look like that again but I can sure get close.

Yesterday I had a BBQ sandwhich and 4 baked french fries.

Today I am having a ww breakfast sandwhich which is 4 points a glass of tea and for snack a 100 cal snack 2 points.  For lunch a ww calzone - those are soooo goooood!!!  6 points and water water water water water water...   For dinner I think it's Fajitta salad again or chicken.

Monday weigh in

Well, I weighed in this morning and after the horrible weekend I had Im surprised I only gained back two pounds. 

Friday night hubby and I went out to dinner.  I had a few tortilla chips and tea to drink (like a dummy, I should have had water).  For dinner I ordered a double layered something or other with cheese and bacon and chicken and avacado and sour cream etc...  I only ate 2 pieces and I was full so I took the rest home and my son ate it.  I used 18 points for that and some of the extra 35 points.  Saturday at work we had pizza, I had 1 huge slice of cheese pizza and 2 servings of sprite - they didnt have water.  .  Sunday I did fine though I slept late so I didnt eat breakfast, for lunch I had 2 plain waffles and 100 cal snack - that was 4 points.  For dinner we had baked chicken and baked potato.  I had 1 serving of butter and 1 serving of shreded cheese on the potato and bbq on the chicken.  I think I had 8 points left.  I also had some fruit during the day. 

This morning I had a ww muffin sandwhich - 4 points, water water and more water.  Trying to flush out all that salt from this weekend.  For lunch, a ww calzone - 6 points and 2 100 cal snacks that I havent had time to eat yet.  Those are 2 points each.  Tonight I am having home made bbq beef.

 

It's Friday again

This week just zoomed right by and it was a good week.  I lost 4 pounds since my ww weigh in on Monday - I do contribute most of that to the water gain from the week before...  But it's still 4 pounds non the less.  I am feeling so much better, no bloating after meals and I am finding I have more energy to do things I didnt want to do before.  My clothes are really getting bigger.  I can finally get into a size I havent worn in awhile.  I am not shooting for a particular size, just a size healthy is my goal.

Last night I did have the yummy tacos, most of it consisted of tomato and lettuce, 1/2 lean meat on each with just a little cheese.   This morning I had the 1 waffle again and some melon and a glass of tea.  Not sure about lunch, I am getting tired of the tuna and crackers - but since I am at work when I eat lunch it's easy and quick and I dont have to eat out.  I am going out with hubby tonight so Im not sure what's for dinner - but I have about 20 points left after eating a light lunch and I have 35 extra weekly points that I can use if I need to.

I know writing everything down sure does help keep me in check with losing weight.
