Broke the plateau - down 51 pounds
Well, I started walking again on Monday and I am convinced when I stopped walking 3 weeks ago that's when I stopped losing weight. I am down 1 pound from Monday to make 51 pounds lost. I have 59 more to go, almost half way there.
Even though I am no long officially doing WW I am still keeping track of my points and tracking everything I eat. I know that helps. I am down 1 point as well.
