Thanksgiving was a nightmare...but....
Ok, so I get up and cook the meal - Turkey, mashed potatos, gravey, salad, rolls etc...
I ate a turkey and just a little bit of everything else - not a huge helping of any one thing. I then had a piece of chocolate pie - was it good too :-).
I did not eat anything for dinner.
Friday for breakfast I had a pop tart, lunch was a sandwich from Dominos pizza, dinner was baby back ribs from the grill, baked potato, roll.
Saturday was bbq roast beef and left overs and birthday cake and ice cream..
Sunday was biscuits and gravy and bbq roast beef for lunch and a 3 egg omlet for dinner.
I got on the scales this morning expecting to have gained 5 pounds but I lost 1 pound.
I have no clue how or why I lost one pound. I went way above and beyond my ww points for a week in 3 days LOL
Anyway, today being Monday I am back to the grind...
Breakfast was yogurt and a diet dr pepper...
Lunch will be a small side salad and chicken and rice (low fat, low cal)
Dinner will be 1 low fat low cal fajitta.
