I should have known this would happen...
I quit writing down the food I eat and I gain almost a pound at my ww w/i.
I was so discouraged - I have done so good this is my 16th week of ww and it's the first weigh in where I gained anything. Ok, so I wrote everything down I have consumed today. I am not going to let this get me down - I can not. I have come so far with 40 pounds and will not look the other way. Back on track. This is the hardest time of the year too - Thanksgiving and food and then Christmas and more food, then you have New Years and more snack food...blah, what's a person to do.
Back on track, back on track.
I wrote down what I have eaten today - 1 yogurt 3 points, 1 banana 3 points, 1 ww muffin 3 points. 1 serving 0 point soup -0 points, 1 iced tea 3 points. That was 12 points before dinner. My points are 29 per day. So I can have 1 small hamburger - 93% lean beef - no greese used to fry it in and 5 baked french fries and 1/2 bun. No mayo and no cheese with tomato and mustard only. That will use about all 29 points.
No more being lazy either. I did get out and walk 20 minutes fast paced (cause it's cold outside).
