Got to get back on track
Ok, I have been losing weight, but now I am getting comfortable with my weight and that IS NOT A GOOD THING.... When I get comfortable with my weight I tend to stop trying and end up gaining the weight back. I have noticed that I am not walking like I should - I only did 2 days last week - I was not feeling good, but that really is only an excuse. I have stopped tracking what I eat - thinking I can do it all in my head - which I found I can not do. I havent posted to this blog as often as I used to - to put down my thoughts and feelings each day. So, getting comfortable is certainly not a good thing. I have so much further to go....
So, yesterday I ate a good breakfast - yogurt and a 3 point ww muffin. Lunch was a banana and 1/2 bowl of 0 point progressive soup. Then yesterday afternoon I had some baked chips - about 4 points. So I had 10 points. Dinner last night was a splurge for sure - I had Chinese food. I did not go over board, but Im sure I at more then 19 points worth. It was so good though. Today I am not going to eat a lot and going to get in a good walk. I had a yogurt - 2 points and a banana 1 point for breakfast. Lunch will be a 3 point ww muffin and 1 point soup. Tonight, probably ff hot dog on bun - that will be about 5 points total.
