Moving slow today...
Back pain again blah. Just over all not feeling so hot. Will be glad when today is over.
Walked 25 minutes at a rather slow pace because unlike normal - today it hurt worse when I walked. Normally I can walk the pain to a dull roar but today it's screaming stop stop stop!
I just realized I didnt even post yesterday - so unlike me to miss a week day.
I did good yesterday for eating - I got in about 20 of the 29 points and I walked at a rapid pace for 10 minutes - all I had time for.
Today was yogurt and a ww snack cake. Lunch was a ww meal - and 100 cal baked cheetos - so all totaled about 8 points. I have 21 more saved for dinner tonight - low cal low fat chicken enchaladas home made:
I used chicken breast boiled to almost done mixed with 1 cup picante sauce, 1/2 cup ff sour cream, ff cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, chopped tomato and low fat wraps. Bake in the oven and serve with low fat or ff cheese.
