Blimey!!
I didnt realise it was so long since my last post. Not been doing very well at all we are staying with the inlaws at the moment whilst our place is being renovated so I have not got a proper routine and my MIL is in to cakes and puddings etc and gets offended if you say no thanks!! Feel a bit down today, my pet lizard died and I havent a clue why and I am gutted. I shall have to be carefull not to comfort eat, my biggest downfall!!
Try not to comfort eat - even though I know it's very hard not to. Stay strong.
