11th Weekly Weigh-In
**This was supposed to be posted on the 23rd...but again, extrapounds isn't working.**
I've been mediocre about tracking this last week, but still fairly accurate. The problem is, I've been far under my points on a daily basis and I knew what it would lead to...a gain or maintaining my weight from the week before. Luckily for me, it was the latter.
Considering circumstances...that I am about to be married in just less than a week, I'm really okay with the results. It wasn't a gain...so that's good. And it wasn't a loss, which isn't great, but that may be acceptable for this and my next weigh-in before the wedding.
I'm also trying to prepare for the week of the wedding. My weigh-ins are on Thursdays, so that is when my tracking re-starts for the week. I'm planning on staying on the low end of my points (trying to bank what I can) on Thursday and Friday, then I can peek at menu options in advance so I know what I am eating on Saturday. I won't restrict myself to my points for that day, but I would still like to calculate the points and track it. I don't honestly see myself going so crazy, but I'm going to have a nice meal and a nice desert, and LOTS and LOTS of drink.
Let's see how it goes. But yeah, maintaining isn't always that bad.
