8th Weekly Weigh-In
I managed another Thursday morning weigh-in and attained a 1 lb. loss this week. Granted, it's not the entire 2 lbs. I gained from the week before, but I can't complain if it is a loss.
I've been religious about journaling and making sure I don't eat over my points. I've also been eating more veggies than usual.
This next week I want to really crack down on drinking water (so far I'm not doing to hot on the water intake). I also want to eat more fiberous foods and start up my daily walks. If I could figure out how to burn the podcast onto a CD for my discman (no iPod yet), I'd like to get into the Couch 2 5K program.
