6th Weekly Weigh-In

This should have been posted on 17 Sept., however, I can't change the default date on the post itself. Speaking of not being able to change things...

I lost 0.5 (1/2 lb) this week. Not a big loss, but a loss so I'm not complaining as it's not a gain, which means I just need to take a closer look at what I am doing. Now what does what I just said have to do with not being able to change things? Well, my weight is 12 st. 13 lbs. yet the weightlog keeps inputting it as 13 st. 13 lbs. I noticed that last week when I was 12 st. 13.5 lbs. the ticker didn't want to display the .5 and it defaulted my stones to 13 when I'm down to 12 now. This is extremely frustrating -- moreso than not losing more than 1/2 lb. because I'm proud to show what I've lost and the site has a glitch apparently which is not allowing me to do that. I've messaged now so we'll see if I get things worked out.

Otherwise, a super late post to a mediocre week. I've given myself to switch plans (from points to core) if I start to plateau for 2-3 weeks at a time. In fact, I may switch to a Thursday morning meeting instead so I can weigh-in fresh on a morning and not feel scared to eat all day before a meeting.

One thing in particular I am noticing is that although it is only 1 point different from my allowance of 21 before...20 points is so hard for me to stick to. I've gone over twice this week so far by 1/2 point. I'm going to strictly watch the next couple days and see if I can't stick to maybe 19.5 points or so and see if I can make up for it.

We'll see how it all turns out after weigh-in on Wednesday.

Well done

I think you have lost 2st 4lb?

That is great.
