5th Weekly Weigh-In
I just have to say I am so pleased with the last two weeks. Wednesday night's weigh-in was 1.5 lbs lighter than the week before! That means I have lost 3.5 in the past two weeks, which is fantastic, in my opinion. I've gone down to 12 st. 13.5 lbs., which also means my daily points allowance for Weight Watchers goes down to 20 from 21.
I've been so strict on my points the past couple of weeks -- calculating and pointing anything and everything I have eaten. I keep telling people that the program works if you just follow it and it does. It's so easy to lose motivation when you gain weight back or maintain on a week instead of losing, but I cannot repeat enough how important it is to stick with it and keep going to the meetings.
For the time being, I found found something that works for me. I plan to stick with the points and try better this week to get in my 5 servings of fruits and vegetables and drink my water. I've also found a program to get people in shape for running called Couch to 5K. Maybe I'll check that out as well.
