4th Weekly Weigh-In
Meeting 4 was much more successful, I'm pleased to say. I stepped onto the scales tonight 2 pounds lighter. Woo hoo!
To be honest, I've done less exercising and more strict "weight watching" than anything. I've literally been bringing food packages into the front room to the computer to type the calories and saturated fat straight from the label, hehe. Clearly close monitoring of calories and portion sizes is the way to go!
Let's see how the next 7 days go!!
