3rd Weekly Weigh-in
I weighed on Wednesday but wasn't motivated enough to post. I didn't gain...but I also didn't lose. Seem stuck in a rut again and I was surprised because I have been doing so much extra walking. I nearly had a meltdown Wednesday night but a friend helped me through it.
I figured the problem area was calculating my extra activity into points and then SPENDING those points. I nearly switched to core but then thought that maybe I'll give it another go and see if I can't get a better handle on things. Plus, I think we might get some scales to actually weigh stuff out so I don't mis-calculate portion sizes.
Anyway, not much else to say. I've had a sluggish start to the week regarding exercise. Hoping it will pick up over the weekend.
