Lazy!

 

 

Today I felt ......lazy for sure!!!! So i woke up at six....went for a 30 min walk....came back...did some excersices on my ball.....IT HURT!!!! lol!!!! Then i ate some breakfast...cereal...yogurt...and some veg/fruit juice! So I thought this would keep me full...didnt ....! In the middle of my chem class my tummy stared hurtin..it needed food. So i ate carrots. Then my friends decided to eat mexican...not a good idea...but i was hungy..i ate! lol! Then i came home and went to go work out for an hour or so. But ive felt really tired today! I have drank a lot of water today. And i know i need to quit eating bad...but its hard! Im goin to get my chem hw done fast so i can get some sleep !!!!!! Im pretty sure i will be gettin up at 6 again! the more excersice the better!! right??????  Bye!!!

another week!

So im still in chem class....its gettin pretty stressful! But hey its a new week!!!! I think i need to write out a list of what i should be doin this week!

1. Wake up early!

2. Eat breakfast!

3. Go for an hour run!

4. Go to class!

5. Eat plenty of good food

6. Get all my fiber in!

7. Drink a lot of water!

8. Go to the gym!!!!!!!!!!

H20 please!

Well i realized i need a lot of water! Everytime i read somethin on losin weight...it always says somethin bout water! So i think i need to go cold turkey! No more coke! I know it will be hard...ive done it before...and felt better! Im also goin to eat a lot more meals....but good ones! And tons of veggies! I hope it works!

Run!!!!!

So today was great! Its monday ...that means my only day without a chem lab! love it! anyway...i ate ok.....could eat better. i went to the gym today...and my roomates bf was running next to me...i had to beat him! so i ran and ran....and he stopped before me!!!!! so that was great! i burned 530 cal!!!!! yay!

well today went pretty good...i ate pretty good! and drank a ton of water. i did a ton of cardio...an hour and a half!!!!!! and now i have a major headache...and tons of chem homework!

new week

hello! well tomorrow is a new week! and i start school again! im thinking that maybe being in class for four hours will keep me away from eating! im going to buy hydroxycut max ....dont know if it will work....i hope it does! after class im planning on doing some cardio. i also want to start working out in the morning before i go to class. hope it works to get the weight off!

Ok so today went ok....I did wake up early and ate that breakfast! Oatmeal and orange juice to be exact...and some fiber stuff. I went for a walk...and was going to run....but realized my shorts were a little too big...and started to just fall as i ran. So i just came back home.  I ate a pretty bad lunch...dont even wanna talk about how bad i felt about eating what I did. I went to the gym right now and ran almost four miles! Yay me! I burned about 470 cals. Tomorrow I shall do better. When I got home I made myself a smoothie thats so yummy!!!!!!!! I hope tomorrow goes better and I stay away from the bad food!!!!!!!

First TIme

Hello! Well first of all my name is Vanessa! I honestly have never had a blog before, and especially not one that allows me to write about weight loss. Im going into my junior year of college and am excited about it. I really want to be extra fit this year. I know that for a lot of people my age, weight loss to them might about vanity. But for me it is strictly for health. Im hoping that by using the tools, and the blogs it might allow me to lose the weight!
