Wednesday - 6/6/07 - Food Log

Snack:

SouthBeach Diet Peanut Butter Chip Bar

1 Dib (yes only one)

1/2 Little Debbie Brownie (yikes!!)

Breakfast:

1 Special K Meal Replacement Bar

Lunch:

Sliced deli turket

2 slices provolone cheese

Dinner:

1 1/2 Chicken Breast (baked) w/Parmesean Shake N Bake

 1 cup spaghetti noodles

1/4c spaghetti sauce

Drinks:

2 Diet Coke Plus'

6 glasses of water

I Know I Know I Know... (updated Thursday)

I know I'm only suppose to weigh myself once a week, but I love my scale.  It's a serious addiction for me.  I know I must break the habit, but LOOK!!!

Sunday:  335.8
Monday:  336.6
Tuesday:  335.2
Wednesday:  332.2  (2 of the 3 readings came up like that in different spots close to where I normally weigh.  The other was way lighter 330.2)

Thursday:  331.4! 

Much Better Day

Today was a much better day eating wise.  I've been trying to be really concious (sp) about what is going in my mouth.  I actually ate 3 meals!!  A big step for me!!

I just want to get this out....I suffer from depression.  I have since I was 18 years old.  I'm currently unmedicated due to the medication I was on not working like I wanted.  I do think harshly of myself and my body, but only because I know I can do something about it, but I just chose not to.  That was then - I'm still depressed, but in a new mind frame (ya that doesn't make sense!).  I know I can do something and am working on it.  I'm depressed that I have let myself get this friggen fat.  What the heck was I thinking?!?

I want to thank everyone who reads, posts comments, and send me notes.  They really mean a lot to me.  I try to respond here in my blogging so that you know I'm reading what you wrote.  Even if I don't mention your names you know who I am refering to.

With that I sign off on this post and must head back to my paperwork. 

Tuesday - 6/5/07 - Food Log

Breakfast:

1 serving (7) mini popcorn cakes

Lunch:

Tossed Salad

1/2 chicken breast (on salad)

2oz Cheddar Cheese

 

Dinner:

2 cans tuna

1/2 tbsp mayo

2 slices WW wheat bread

Does it count?

Does going to phsyical therapy count for a work out?  Granted I didn't break a full sweat, but my feet sure started sweating.  But I'm mainly working my feet bcause of my ankle.  I did the rowing machine (not a sit on the floor rower, but up kinda like a bike sorta), wobble floor thingy, and foot presses.  I'm going to have stronger legs than anything else! 

Goal for the week...

No secret trips to Dairy Queen

Walk on days it isn't rainy - (unlike today)

Monday - 6/4/07 - Food Log

Breakfast:

1 Special K MRB

Lunch:

1 Stoufers Turkey Panini (only about 10 more calories than the L.C. ones)

Dinner:

Chicken Breast w/salt free seasoning  (close to 1lb!)

1/4 cucumber sliced

6 cherry tomatoes

2 Tbsp dressing

 

Drinks:

3 Diet Coke Plus'

4 glasses water

 

Snack:

2 servings (14) mini caramel corn cakes

Lack of protein?

I eat at least one Special K Meal Replacement Bar w/protein because I don't eat like a normal person.  I  know protein usually comes from eggs which we don't cook with at all because of our middle chilids allergies.

 

Just as I thought....

I sucked!!

2 pound GAIN!! 

A new week.....I know I can do it!

Measurements?

I don't know how!  I really want to be able to track if ANYTHING is happening, but I don't even know where to start on measuring.  I've never know.  I guess that's why buying this for myself has always been hit and miss because I have a bad sense of size, etc.

Do you  keep track of your measurements?  Weekly, monthly, or what?  How?
