Better Sleep Habits Needed...
I need to get some better sleep habits! Right now is the time when I start jonesin' for grub!
I wish I could sleep like a normal person.
I had a big long post written up, but lost it due to disconnection.

So I made a good choice when I got home from babysitting my sisters kids. Instead of cookies, candy, or some other crap I had a cucumber w/about 1tbs of ranch dressing.
Ok so I've started out babbling without actually telling about me.
My name is Kate - I'm a SAHM (basically) to 3 kids. Ages 9, 2, and 1. Yes I'm one of those 'crazies' who had kids super close!
I'm currently 340.4 pounds and hate it! I am damn sure I'm going to do something about it! Summer is almost here - my husband will be working more and more so I'll have all evening to be out with the kids.
I so want to get down to even 200 pounds so I can play on the trampoline with the kids!!
Still felt hungry.
Instead of another chocolate chip cookie I had a small serving of almonds.
Diet Coke & Smoked Almonds.
First Goal is 40.4 pounds....
Final overall goal is 200 pounds - Man that looks like a scary number.
I know I have to cut out the soda and crap, but I can't just quit cold turkey. My husband would kill me! I've been cutting down from 8 cans a day down to 5 max. I really need to get back to drinking my water, but find it bland most of the time. Of course when I'm drinking water I don't slam it as hard as I do when I'm drinking soda.
Baby steps....I'll get there....maybe
I so want to be around when the boys get older. I have been around for 9 years for Emma I owe the boys at least that much!

Thank you for stopping by and reading what's going on. I know I've had a few hits today by people who don't know me. It's all good.....I don't mind....honestly
Just write to myself every time I think about eating. Make myself aware of what exactly is going in my mouth.
I need something! I'm hungry, but I don't want to just eat anything. It's hard to eat what I'm looking for at home and even harder when I'm away some place else.
Maybe I need to find an All Fresh Juice & Fruit diet?
So it's like going out to look for a new or used car. You think man I know what I can afford this shouldn't be too bad. I know I need to lose weight, but it shouldn't be that bad, right?

You'll notice I will vent a lot in here. It's just something to do. I don't have anyone else up here in Wisconsin that will listen to my whine and complain. My husband is sick of hearing about me talk about changing and then never getting to change.

1 SMALL square slice of frozen pizza - Cheese (removed the "heartburn" patches)

2 Hot Dogs (FunDogs) w/ketchup & mustard
1 Tiny Handfull of Smoked Almonds
1 cucumber slice w/ 1Tbs of Ranch dressing
