I jumped on the scale this morning (mid-week wi), but I'm not really counting it jic it was a fluke! It said 328.9!! I'm trying hard to keep it that big of a loss for this week. Talk about thrilling!!
Trying to get my paperwork done, but had to log in and let ya know!!
1/2 Lean Cusine Steak Panini
1 Special K MRB
1 Side Salad w/French & Ranch dressing
1 Hamburger w/bun (lettuce, tomato, and onion)
1 sm chunk Chedar Cheese
2 med baked taters w/lt sour cream
4 tablespoons of Americone Dream B&J ice c ream
2 diet cokes
To be able to do household chores without being totally winded.
Folding a load of laundry makes me wheeze right now. I so want to be able to fill the washer & dryer without needing to stop in the middle.
To basically watch what I am eating and just not going for seconds (or even thirds).
I bought quite a few Lean Cusine meals to at the grocery store. I'm hoping those will help when I feel the need to "eat"
I also bought some caraml popcorn cakes for the "crunch" factor and some Special K meal replacement bars. The South Beach snack bars just weren't cutting it.
I'm also going to boil up some eggs tonight and have those for brekky. Although I hate yolk so that will probably be tossed into a zippy for my husband to eat.

Beef w/Asian veggies WW meal
1 Diet Rite Red Raspberry
2 sm grilled hamburgers (w/lettuce, tomato, and onion)
1/4 baked potato w/1 tbsp top the tater
Do I stick with trying to watch calories and logging what I eat?
Do I go back to WW again?
Do I just toss all ideas out the window and just log what I eat?
Or do I just eat everything in the house?
I'm finding it hard to make a decision. I cannot decide how I want to eat. Man that sounds so bad. I just suck at making choices.

From 340.4 on May 5th to 333.6 today on May 27th. WooHoo!!
I'm back to logging everything I eat and drink again. I think it really helped keeping myself accountable for everything that went in my mouth.

Why do I always say tomorrow? Why don't I just live for the momnt and start today. Motivation. If I know I can have just one more "normal" day when starting isn't a big deal.
I've been talking with my doctor about WLS. He actually made me feel GUILTY for being this heavy. He's right by all means, but the way he did it just hit me -- hard!
I need to find myself some good all day snacks. I find for myself I get too hungry. I'm not a normal meal eater. My breakfast is at noon-ish, lunch i 5pm, and dinner is 2am once the kids are all in bed. Why do I eat like that? I hate sharing my food. Maybe eating more with the little vultures around would be a good thing - then I know I'm not going to over eat.
