I think it sucked.....

I think this week sucked for weight loss.  Guess I'll kick off tomorrow on a better foot than the last few days.

I've craved nothing but food all day long.  It's been disgusting!  Startch & carbs do not really make for a good methond of weight loss.

 

Tomorrow is a new day, right?

Sunday - 6/3/07 - Food Log

1 Special K MRB

1 Ham Sub w/lettuce, tomato, and onion (and a little mayo)

1 Chef salad w/1 Tbsp Ranch Dressing.

3 glasses water

1 Side Salad w/1 Tbsp Ranch dressing

2 sub sandwhiches w/ham, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and cucumber

Family Fun Day....

Was a blast!!

Kids had a great time.  All kinds of information, games, activites for them to do.  My daughter rode the pony rides, made a few pictures, made bracelets, and played games.  The boys did a few activities, too.  They each colored their own buttons and then the people there turned them into a button for them.  I also registered for the car seat give away they were doing.  I really hope we win one - the boys need a new seat.

I walked around for 2 1/2 hours!!  Ya for me!!  I usually have a hard time doing that much walking.  It's really good too considering that I've got a messed up ankle.

Saturday - 6/2/07 - Food Log

Glazed Doughnut **blush**

2 Hot Dogs w/bun (ketchup & mustard)

1 sm Siera Mist

1 sm bag Doritos

8oz Steak

Mushrooms (1 can)

1 serving corn (sweet kernel corn)

1 special K MRB

Got in a semi-work out

I got in a small workout the other day.  It took me 30 minutes to mow about 1/3 of the lawn.    Tomorrow is the other part of the lawn.

We are also going to a family fun fest for the afternoon.  So that will be a great workout walking around.

Friday - 6/1/07 - Food Log

1 Turkey Sandwhich on WW Wheat  (lettuce, tomato, onion, and little mayo)

3 sm chunks cheddar cheese

1 pork rib patty wbun

1 Tbsp deli-style potato salad

3 green onions

12oz container of tomatos (love 'm!!)

4 Tbsp Ranch dressing.

1/4c of B&J Americone Ice Cream

2 Diet Cokes

Thursday - 5/31/07 - Food Log

2 Brats w/sauerkraut for brekkie (I know healthy huh?)

1 Grilled Chicken Lean Cusine Panini (Lunch)

2 Brats w/kraut for dinner

Small squirt of redi-whip

2 Diet Coke

1 Diet Pepsi

Southwest Chicken Wraps (SouthBeachDiet)

Peanut Butter Chip snack bar

Why?

Why do I really want to lose weight?  Let me count the ways -

#1  I want to live!  I want to live to see all three of these beautiful children grow up, get married, and have their own kids.  Now don't get me wrong I want to see all these things, but I'll gladly wait a couple fifteen(twenty or thirty) years minimum!  LOL 

#2  I want to be able to do - do what? Anything!  I want to experience all the "thrill rides" I can - even with  my massive phobia of heights I'd love to go on an ejection seat, bungee jump, and sky dive. All of those things you cannot do while you are fat.

#3  I want to be able to impress.  I'm not looking to impress anyone in particular, but I do want to be able to turn heads.  I want people to think, "Man! Look at how she's changed!!" I was always the fat kid in school after about 6th grade.  I completely blossomed into a fat ass basically over night.

#4  I want to think about surrogacy.  I'd thought about it a few years ago, but now that I know we are done (my tubes are tied) I'd like to help other people.  Now watching one of my friends start the process and get pregnant on the first try is making me want to do this more!

Okay so I will continue to think of thoughts and post them later.  I have to get these kids ready for bed and then find myself a healthy snack. 

EATING, Eating, eating....

I'm so proud of myself.  I've been able to cut down the food consumption a TON these past few days/weeks.

Even today I have hardly eaten anything!!

1 Special K Meal Replacement Bar

1 Lean Cusine Chicken Pot Stickers w/rice

3 Diet Cokes

3 small sq. pieces of Jack's Pizza

1 12oz container of Cherry Tomato

2 tbsp ranch dressing
