Quick Update
Went to see Dr. P & Dr. M today.
Dr. P said my current loss is good - he thinks if I work hard (working out harder) that I could be down 100 pounds for my next appointment. That's 3 months from now. So that's my goal - another 40 pounds in 2 months.
Dr. M said I still need to work on upping my protein, but overall I'm doing great.

At office dressed: 261.4
