Stuck
I'm stuck at this stage - unable to loose more weight. I hate it!!
Sis I really think we need to start doing DAILY workouts - I hate this!

Well, I'm not sure why you'd be stuck now. according to your stats you've been doing so good. Unless of course you've been making poor food choices lately...???
I know it's hard to stay on track. Especially with a busy schedule, work, kids, appointments...but we just have to work on getting remembering to take care of ourselves too! I know it helps me a lot to cut up lots of fresh fruits and veggies enough for a few days and bag them up so I have a quick healthy snack that I can take to work, or even for on the drive home. That way I don't eat everything that's not nailed down as soon as I walk in the door! Exercise is a tough one for me too, I really think it's a matter of JUST DO IT! Because otherwise there are never enough hours in the day and there are always a ton of distractions & EXCUSES not to get it done!!!!!! Keep your chin up and keep trying, these are things that won't change even after the surgery, you still need to make time for YOU!
