Calorie Counting
Today starts my vigilant calorie counting and charting.
I have to show some improvements this month in my eating habits. What I had been doing isn't enough any more - I've hit a plateau and I hate it!

The DietPower program (click here to check it out) really helped me when I was tracking calories and exercise. Counting calories is hard enough but having a way to do it made it much easier.

i saw you on a gasric bypass blog. i am hving gastric bypass on the tuesday!! i have researched it for three years. first deciding to not pursue it and then after a two year life changing food experience i lost 32 pounds to only gain almost all of it back. and so then i had to face reality i needed to ask for help if i planned on living a long healthy life.
