Hungry?

So I thought I was hungry - waking up in the middle of the night so I figured what better to do than to log on and complain about it.  Here I am!  :P

I'm hungry!  Well I think I am -- maybe it's because I didn't eat anything all day yesterday except for 2 servings of pretzel goldfish.  Could be.

Have to EAT to LOSE

I think that you've been doing so well, BUT you know by not eating during the day, you're only hurting your efforts.  You will get hungry later and then there's much greater chance of over-eating, or making bad choices (since you're starvin' marvin by then)!  Also, there is the starvation mode thing, you're body isn't going to be inclined to losing weight if you're not fueling up.  I think that is one great thing about WW Points, gives you an good idea how much you need to be taking in for the day.  We can't make this journey in a speed boat, so keep the wind in your sails and eyes on the horizon, tomorrow's a new day.  Good luck this week!
