Alone?
After reading the post from my sister I get an empty feeling. I wish I wasn't alone at my house on this eating challenge. It would so help me to have someone else on board with that I'm doing, but I know he's not.
I know I'm not alone in my journey to lose weight here online, but that's different. I'd love to have someone living here to help kick me in the butt when they see me scarfing down something I shouldn't be. Or wanting to stop at the Dairy Queen when I know darn good and well I don't need it.

THE PROOF IS IN THE (sugar free) PUDDING
Well, as the old cliche' says...we shall see IF he really lives up to this new-found healthy living notion. You see I have heard a familiar tune so many times before. In fact if I had a quarter for every time he's told me that he was going to start working out with me.....well, I could have hired a personal trainer, lost 100 lbs. and be sitting on the beach in Mexico wearing a bikini and drinking a Carona (Light) right now!!!!!!!!! I'm HOPING my pessimistic attitude is totally uncalled for, but for now I will have to just keep chugging along trying to convince myself on a daily basis to KEEP FIGHTING THE FAT!

You can do it
It really is hard to do it alone, I've been begging my sister to get on a plan with me, and she refuses. I wish I had someone to hold me accountable in real life... but this website really does help. Sometimes I write several posts a day just to vent or to distract me from eating. You can do it, look! You've already lost 15 pounds!!!
