Chunka Chunka Chunka
Yup....that's me!
I hate being fat - I hate getting winded walking to the car - I hate knowing that I can't and won't be able to fit on rides anywhere we go.
I want to lose it all......NOW!! Why won't these 200 pounds just fly right off? I mean it feels like it just flew right on without a problem.
I was thinking about it the other day. When my husband and I got together I was about 240 or so - as of May when I started I was 340. That means I gained 100 pounds in 6 years! That's so not right!

KEEP UP THE FIGHT
Those creepy pounds...believe me, I KNOW !!! I was a size 12 ten years ago, now a 20!!! I was 169 shortly after having baby #3 and now, 227...that's 58 lbs. in 6 years. It just piles right on. Years of eating whatever, whenever, and not much exercise really takes its toll. Unfortunately the good old metabolism keeps slowing down with age too...SO NOW'S THE TIME TO REV IT UP!!! The key is that we're actually recognizing the bad habits/patterns that got us here, and we're trying to make changes. Even if they seem small at first, WE'RE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!!!

I've been there...
...so I know how you feel. I wanted you to see this blog, if you haven't see it already. Click here. I was so anti this med but now I'm considering it, even if it's just for a month to jumpstart my weight loss. Just thought I'd pass it along in case you might be interested. I am all for losing weight as healthily (is that a word?) as we can but I know the desperation you are feeling so personally that I hurt for you. Whatever route you take you have my support.
