I lost all that weight I was so panicky about on Monday plus a little more.
I still have to figure out how to get out and be more active, but at least watching what I'm eating is helping some.

You've lost over 15 pounds! That's great! I need to get more active. I made the mistake of stopping all that wonderful exercising and now I'm back to square one -- lazy and not wanting to move!
Great job on weightloss! what was your goal to lose?
I'm glad that you're doing so well. 15# is a real accomplishment!!! Stay on track now, don't lose the groove just because your "sweet thang" is back home. I have decided that I need to force myself to work out. I have a bunch of great tapes, it's a matter of JUSTDOIT!
