Breakfast:

Nothing I forgot to grab something on the way out the door.

Lunch:

Taco Salad w/salsa & sour cream

Sm Handful of Corn Torilla Chips

Dinner:

Sm salad (lettuce, tomato, red onion,  cucumber, cheese)

1/2 c. Cottage cheese

4 tbsp dressing (ff ranch & french)

2 slices of pizza *blush*

Drinks:

14 c water

2 Dt. Sodas

Just stopping in to say hi. And to remind you that breakfast is the most important weight-loss meal of the day! So stick a couple 100-calorie granola bars in the glove compartment of your car. =)
