Does it count?

Does going to phsyical therapy count for a work out?  Granted I didn't break a full sweat, but my feet sure started sweating.  But I'm mainly working my feet bcause of my ankle.  I did the rowing machine (not a sit on the floor rower, but up kinda like a bike sorta), wobble floor thingy, and foot presses.  I'm going to have stronger legs than anything else!

Yes it counts!

Physical activity is activity no matter what. And I remember having to have PT for my legs about 15 years ago and it was a workout, so yes, give yourself credit!

Sorry..

 I didn't read all the menu you have posted, I just notice that one of them didn't have like chicken, or shrimp or turkey.  I was concerned because I notice that when I add a source of protein with all my meals during the day I lose more weight and I berely get hungry.

Are you doing a particular plan?
