Measurements?

I don't know how!  I really want to be able to track if ANYTHING is happening, but I don't even know where to start on measuring.  I've never know.  I guess that's why buying this for myself has always been hit and miss because I have a bad sense of size, etc.

Do you  keep track of your measurements?  Weekly, monthly, or what?  How?

I used to do it once a week - same time as I did my weigh in. But that can get to be time consuming, especially when you start tracking yourself from head to toe

Once a month is ususally pretty good. That's often enough to actually see a change, but not too often as to make you want to pull your hair out.

I also measure myself with one of those flexible sewing measuring tapes. you can get them at walmart. it can be a bit tricky measuring some things yourself, but you get the hang of it after a while - or at least I did.

That's the next thing I have to do - go back through my logs and enter measurements here.
