Last night was week 1, day 1 on the couch 2 5k program for me.
I DL'd the podcasts and hit the pavement. Felt good, cept it was slower than I'm used to lately, but that's okay. I wanna be sure I'm doing this right, yk?
No injuries here, please. lol

I am gonna start that in a few weeks when its warmer. do you just download the podcasts to your ipod or how does that work? i know its all about timing so did you have to carry a watch or a stop watch with you so you know when to go back to walking?
