i feel REALLY good
I just did my first podfitness routine (a running one) and i feel GREAT. I didn't get to do the entire program b/c the sun set and i don't feel comfortable running when it's dark out on our back roads, but i got ALMOST all of it, and i did it more at my own pace since it was my first time. But it gives me something great to build up to! i'm excited!
PLUS I added .4miles onto my run, AND cut my minutes per mile by 2 full minutes! Awesome!
I hope it shows up on the scale tomorrow morning b/c I have to take tomorrow off as my parents will be coming over for dinner.
