new scale!
We got a great new scale yesterday! IT's one of those fancy ones that does the Body Fat %, Body Water %, Bone Mass, and Body Muscle %.
Our last scale only did weights in .5lb increments, and this one does it in .2 so it's more exact. But b/c of that, I had to go in and edit yesterdays weigh-in number so that it was from the new scale... it went up .8lb.
Then I weighed in this morning and lost 1.8lbs! YAY! Off the plateau!
Yesterday was my first day calorie counting, and I didn't do horrible.
I hope to start our walking this weekend to start our C25K program, but we'll see if I can find some decent running shoes for cheap.
