I've been annoyed by EP and how non-EP members can't comment on my page (which most of my friends aren't EP members) and I can't link to non-EP weight loss blogs. SO, I've decided to go this route. I'll still update here though, it just won't be in depth ;)

I'm down to 150.0 today! YAY!

friday

yesterday wasn't awful. I did really well on my eating, but didn't get to go for a run as I had to work :(  Brendan is not running a fever any more so maybe today we can walk to the park. we'll have to see how mama is feeling. lol.

In the meantime, I'm down 1.6lbs of the 5lb goal. YAY!

thursday

still using my slimquick and trying to eat healthy and smaller portions. Didn't get to go running last night as I had to work.

Hope to go tonight.

Lost .2lbs.. Think I probably lost more, but I woke up super engorged and didn't want to pump off before i weighed in.

one day down, and so far so good.  it's not IDEAL, but better than i've been doing

Breakfast: skipped - oops

Lunch: herb roasted chicken (one small piece), small scoop of mashed potatoes, steamed vegs and water

dinner: (went on a date with my bff). mushroom enchiladas, roasted vegs, rice and refried beans. sweet tea.

 

activity: walking ikea for an hour. was going to run tonight but a storm came in.

Back form a long break

things have been c.h.a.o.t.i.c. to say the least.

my husband got a new job, and it's like 45 miles away from home. we finally found a new house to rent, but we are thinking we might try to buy it instead. i've been sick with a head/chest cold and laryngitis. i've been packin and working on the weekends. it's been nuts.

SO here I am. Back.

We move at the end of the week, so i only have access to a treadmill for like 3 more days, so i'm heading over today to run.ish me luck.

Last night was week 1, day 1 on the couch 2 5k program for me.

I DL'd the podcasts and hit the pavement. Felt good, cept it was slower than I'm used to lately, but that's okay. I wanna be sure I'm doing this right, yk?

No injuries here, please. lol

a little break

So I took a little break this week.

Last monday was my last weigh in for my BL comp and I didn't win, which I knew I wouldn't. So I decided to allow myself to be bad for the week before the next comp starts.

Then I was bad all weekend as we were OOT for a birthday party.

And now i'm starting my week out bad.

UGH, this is gunna be ugly when I face that scale again.

not so great

so I lost 2.5 lbs in 2 days... I had gone back up a fewlbs the other day, but never got around to editing here.

I wish I could say I lost that weight through exercise and healthy eating, but it's from having non-stop panic attacks for the last 2 days. We are in the thick of a yucky severe storm with tornadoes, etc, and will be here until tomorrow late am.
