We shall see...
I hate being fat. And I hate it that I hate being fat. I shouldn't care. I work out, I have a wonderful husband and great friends, I'm going to be finishing college (FINALLY) in a couple of years and should be content. Except I hate being fat. So... My journey starts here. I'm going to keep working out and try to get a grasp on the food issue. I want to weigh 125 by the time my birthday rolls around next year. That's 50 weeks to lose 105 pounds. Roughly two pounds per week. Totally doable and healthy. Here I go...
